We met while filming a movie, and from the start, Arielle had a nickname for Carter — “Cutie Carter” (which was only said to her friends). The real turning point came on the last day of filming when Carter kissed Arielle. Fast forward five days later, and they went on their first date. They agreed to take it slow… but then, their second date turned into a 12-hour off-roading adventure. Yeah, not exactly “slow.” Over the next few weeks they saw each other pretty much every day, stayed up most nights chatting until 5 a.m., and somehow managed to sample every bottle in Carter’s liquor cabinet. Slow? Not really. But it was definitely the start of US. 

When we started dreaming about our wedding, one thing was clear: we wanted it to be an adventure, just like us. We wanted to invite you, the people we love, into some of our favorite things: travel, food, and the joy of exploring life together.
